This barrel opens with a bold, fragrant nose of tart cherry preserves, citrus zest, and a touch of sour apple candy, softened by layers of vanilla bean and toasted oak. The palate strikes a lively balance between sweet and sour. Juicy red cherries and lemon curd dance with notes of honeyed caramel, clove, and a faint hint of maraschino syrup. A subtle undercurrent of warm oak and baking spice adds structure, giving it the depth of a well-made cocktail. Whiskey Shipping
If you are ordering whiskey for delivery, this service requires the addressee’s signature, who must be 21 years of age or older to accept delivery. Orders are not resent if you are not able to accept your delivery and it is returned. You will be refunded the amount of your order minus shipping costs and a $10 restocking fee.
